Founded on July 2007 , The Rapid Railway Network Company of Tunis is responsible of the project steering.

To achieve its mission , RFR has recruited by international call for tenders ; study groups and technical control groups as the following.

The Study groups are the following:

• TYPSA/ Best conseils for the project management assistance ( AMO).
• SYSTRA / STUDI Group for the project management ( MOE)

Technical control of the works:

The technical control groups are:

• Veritas for civil engeneering / Line D
• SOTUPREC for civil engeneering /Line E
• GRPT MED control and ASSISTAS for buildings Lines D and E.
• SOTUPREC for the tunnel
• APAVE for Sidi Fathallah depot workshop
